A very well-located hotel - 5 minutes walk from the main Ginza shopping area, and less than 10 min walk to Tsukiji Market. Easily walkable to several train lines. Staff are amazing. They were polite and helpful. In particular, they were very patient when a couple of issues arose. First, my parents reported an issue with the bidet in the toilet bowl, and they responded within the hour to try and fix the bidet. They were also very accommodating with room changes when the bidet could not be fixed despite their best efforts. Second, I carelessly left my luggage lock in the room when I checked out, and flew back home without it. Yet, the staff communicated patiently with me through email, and worked with me on getting my lock back. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable, with a sizable and comfortable sitting area. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath tub for soaking, which is nice. The TV is a smart TV that allows you to play youtube. There is ample wardrobe space to hang your coats etc. and useful amenities such as wet towels that you can bring outside and use when you tour Tokyo.

The property exceeded our expectations. Although a limited menu, the breakfast and service were excellent. Our room on the 15th floor had spectacular views. It was awesome to enter our room and be greeted with Bach music playing and a stocked mini-bar. The corner room was wonderful and bonus, we were able to login into our Netflix account to watch movies in English. Otherwise the only English Channel is the BBC. Loved the wet room shower/tub. Best rain shower and water pressure. Ok, you will be spoiled with the Japanese separated water closets and washet toilet system. The staff were excellent. Had live music at the bar during our stay. Location is perfect for shopping, restaurants and transportation access.

Location is incredible. So easy to access many restaurants, shopping, and main lines of any train to connect you anywhere. Perfect place to call home base if you are going in many directions in Tokyo during your stay. Free minibar and complimentary water bottles! Hotel was built in 2020’s so it’s relatively new and kept up well. LOVED the weighted comforter. The room layout was nice, but it is tight quarters as with most rooms in Tokyo. There were only two of us, but it felt close especially since two beds are pushed together, there are no aisle gaps. There were only about 7-8 rooms on each floor so it’s very quiet. Very nice skin care kit they provide from local Japanese brand.

The location was excellent. near enough to all the Ginza attractions and train stations located near by. The classical music theme was love, as a classical musician. We stayed in a superior twin room then moved to a standard twin and the size and finishings were such a contrast. Much smaller and lacking some decorations that I appreciated like a history music book. Much 'poorer' in feel even though it's still expensive. But can't fault the location and superior rooms if you can get them reasonably priced.

Excellent location - it is right across the heart of Ginza shopping district (needless to explain), the Airport Limo bus stop and 500m away from the Tsukiju outer market. The hotel is tastefully decorated with "Bach" ("Grand Bach") theme. The room is elegant and comfortable and sound isolation is excellent. The staff are very helpful and take initiative to offer assistance to residents.
